What is A Lease Program?

The purpose of the Progressive Music leasing plan is to assist music departments in acquiring the necessary instruments for their program with a minimal capital investment. While staying within their budget, music directors have the opportunity to obtain needed instruments to complete a successful music program or to replace those older models that are depleting their repair budget. You choose the term of the lease. All public schools, parochial schools, universities and school booster organizations are pre-approved.

Step-by-Step Procedures

• Music director discusses needs with Progressive Music.
• Progressive Music will prepare a lease proposal for the music director and school officials stating the exact cost of a 2, 3, 4 or 5 year lease plan to fit their school budget.
• A formal lease will be prepared and sent to the school for authorized signatures.
• Upon receipt of the signed lease documents, Progressive Music will be notified to deliver the instruments to the school.
• After receiving the instruments, school officials will then sign the acceptance certificate and return it along with the first annual payment.
• The subsequent payments will be due on the anniversary date of the lease.
• After the lease has been paid in full, the school may purchase the instruments on the lease for $1.00.
